Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians, landscapers, and gardeners, providing guidance and training as needed.

Quality Control: Monitor the deployments, ensuring proper care and maintenance practices to meet client and company standards.

Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide regular updates on progress.

Resource Management: Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and other materials, ensuring that all resources are available and maintained.

Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

Reporting: Document site activities, track project timelines, and prepare reports on progress, challenges, and completion.
