📝 Job Description

The Sales Officer will be responsible for revenue generation in the assigned territory and achieving top-line & bottom-line targets for agri-input products.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Stock planning & timely supplies

✔️ Demand forecasting and order booking

✔️ Advance cash collection along with orders

✔️ Regular field visits to farmers

✔️ Retailer shop visits & relationship management

✔️ Targeting contracted farmers (Marigold crop)

✔️ Handling FPOs, Co-operatives & B2B clients

✔️ Sales reporting, revenue growth & profitability

🎯 Candidate Profile

🎓 Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture

🎓 B.Sc Agriculture / Allied Agri Sciences

💼 Experience:

🔹 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Agri Pesticides sales

👤 Gender: Male candidates only

📌 Preference: Local / Native candidates
