🌱 Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to promote and sell agricultural input products. The role focuses on building strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

🔰 Key Responsibilities:

👉 Sales & Business Development

• Promote and sell agri input products

• Identify new market opportunities

• Conduct field demos & farmer meetings

• Achieve monthly & quarterly targets

👉 Dealer & Distributor Management

• Build strong dealer & distributor network

• Ensure stock availability at retail points

• Track competitor activities & market trends

👉 Farmer Engagement & Support

• Guide farmers on crop nutrition & pest management

• Handle complaints & provide solutions

• Participate in agri fairs & campaigns

👉 Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Collect market feedback & demand insights

• Submit regular sales & visit reports

• Support demand forecasting

👉 Compliance & Documentation

• Follow agrochemical regulations & policies

• Maintain accurate sales & customer records

🎓 Qualification:

• B.Sc Agriculture / Agribusiness

• Diploma candidates with experience can apply

💼 Experience: 1–3 Years (Agri Inputs Sales)

🧠 Skills Required:

• Strong agri product knowledge

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Willing to travel in rural areas

• Target-oriented & self-driven

• Basic MS Office knowledge

• Valid driving license (2W/4W)
