Location: Dindigul (covering Theni, Madurai, Tenkasi, Coimbatore, Erode, Thiruppur belts)

Role Overview

We are an AgriTech company focused on improving farm productivity through data-driven soil intelligence and digital advisory solutions. We have developed a patented, portable soil testing device ‘Soil Spectra’ that help optimize fertilizer use, improve crop outcomes, and strengthen agri input dealer networks. Infarmsys Technologies is hiring a Territory Sales Executive to drive commercial adoption of Soil Spectra among input dealers across western districts of Tamil Nadu. 

 

This role combines: 

  • Dealer onboarding and product sales
  • Field demonstrations and soil testing camps
  • Farmer community building (WhatsApp & digital platforms)
  • Advisory awareness campaigns
  • District-level network expansion 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Identify and onboard agri input dealers
  • Explain Soil Spectra “usage-based” model
  • Build long-term dealer relationships
  • Ensure dealer activation (not just onboarding)

2. Field Activation & Farmer Engagement

  • Organize farmer awareness camps
  • Support dealers in conducting soil testing demos
  • Drive farmer participation through local outreach

3. Community Building

  • Build WhatsApp groups of farmers via dealers
  • Enable regular advisory communication
  • Ensure dealers actively engage with their farmer base

4. Program Execution

  • Coordinate device deployment and setup
  • Support dealers in initial usage
  • Ensure smooth on-ground operations

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years experience in Agri input sales managiing input dealers
  • Strong local network (dealers preferred)
  • Comfortable traveling extensively
  • Fluent in Tamil
  • Basic smartphone + WhatsApp familiarity

  • Active dealer network (not just signed)
  • Regular farmer engagement
  • Consistent soil test usage
  • Strong local presence in assigned districts
