🕐 Shift Timings, Salary & Benefits

☀️ Day Shift – 8 Hours

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 (Consolidated)

🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹3,000 (on achieving ₹1 lakh service value)

⏱️ Overtime Pay – Applicable

🚗 Travel Allowance: ₹3,000+

🌙 Night Shift – 8 Hours (6 PM – 2 AM)

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 (Consolidated)

🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹3,000

⏱️ Overtime Pay – Applicable

🚗 Travel Allowance: ₹3,000+

🌙 Night Shift – 4 Hours (10 PM – 2 AM)

💰 Salary: ₹9,000

🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹1,000
