Role:

✅ Develop and execute region-level implementation plans for the agroforestry project in alignment with global standards

✅ Collaborate with farmers, community organizations, local authorities, and implementation partners to ensure smooth execution.

✅ Recruit, train, and manage a team of field staff and associates.

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Rural Development, or related fields.

✅ 0-3 years of experience in implementing large-scale rural development, agriculture and / or agroforestry projects or experience with running large - scale logistics & operations

✅ Willingness to travel extensively across the project locations in the state, including remote rural areas to ensure continuous monitoring and compliance to project timelines.

✅ Must know to read, write and speak Tamil language 

Note: This is an on-field role with mandatory requirement of daily travel to project locations in the respective regions in the state.
