Job Description: 

We are looking for Ground Ops and to join our Methane Emission Reduction project team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to monitor and evaluate the data collected from the field, ensuring that quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Monitor and evaluate data collected in the field to ensure accuracy and quality. 

2. Implement and maintain quality control procedures across all project activities on ground. 

3. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance overall quality. 

4. Collaborate with field teams to address any quality-related issues or concerns. 

5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control and assurance activities. 

Requirements: 

1. Must have a graduation degree in Agriculture or relevant stream. 

2. Must know local language (Native Proficiency). 

3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. 

4. Agricultural background is desirable. 

5. Robust field experience in the agriculture work stream. 

6. At least one year of experience in a similar role (more desirable). 

7. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. 

8. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
